We are looking for an HR Manager for a 3 month contract. This is a HR Generalist role with general employment law and practices experience required.

This role will require you to be in the office 3 days a week based in Bracknell.

Skills and experience:

  • Must have strong experience in UK employment law and pay practices.
  • Consult regularly with management and provide guidance on UK employment law and practices.
  • Competence and experience in HR Generalist/Business Partner activities, continuous improvement/proactive nature
  • Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with business leaders and collaborate with colleagues in thehuman resources to develop solutions, programs and policies.
  • Accountable for executing all talent review programs, including 9 Box, succession planning, talent calibration discussions and employee development identification.
  • Execute HR programs and communications focused on driving employee engagement.
  • Able to guide people managers in a performance improvement plan, redundancy termination, and probation process.
  • Manage and resolve employee relations issues; conduct effective, thorough and objective investigations.
  • Maintain in depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance; partner with legal department as needed.
  • Experience with Standard MS Office suite
