I am currently working with a brilliant commercial organisation to find their HR Manager whilst the current post holder is on maternity leave. This is a great opportunity for a proven HR manager to join a lovely business for between 9-12 months. You will manage a HR admin and support the business of c200 people.
Your new role
This role is based 3 days a week in Guildford (parking available). It is paying between £45-55k FTE DOE. 4 days a week could be considered.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a true HR generalist, managing L&D, recruitment and reward. Manage employee relations casework including disciplinaries, grievances and absence.Advise managers on employment law and share best practice with them.Advise team members of HR policies. Oversee the HR Admin on a day to day basis Develop HR policy and procedures, to drive the organisation forward. Work with partners on reward strategy. There may be a project to bring this in house during the duration of this contract. Support the recruitment process - this may include writing job descriptions and preparing interview questions with line managers. You will also look at the recruitment process and policies to using agency support. Carry out new starter inductions.Manage talent and succession planning.
What you'll get in return
£45,000-£55,000 FTE, 4 days a week could be considered. 3 days in Guildford with parking available.
