HR Generalist

Macildowie HR are currently working exclusively on a Senior HR Advisor/HR BP role based in North Leicestershire with hybrid working.

This big name brand are looking for someone to join the team on a fixed term contract for 12-14 months. You will join a proactive, fast paced and impressive HR function supporting a large multisite organisation from a HR perspective.

No two days are the same - this place is forwards thinking and commercial but has it's quirks too - keeping you on your toes!

They are looking for a HR professional who can 'hit the ground running' with regards to generalist HR support this could be anything -

Management of ER case work (sometimes complex)

Assisting with the updates of policies in line with employment law

First point of contact for all HR queries, in the office, phone or via email

Assisting with various HR projects

If you are immediately available ( or on short notice) have generalist HR experience including the management of complex ER case work and are looking for c£40,000p.a. + cracking benefits then please do apply!
