HR Manager - part time hours - 3 days per week - Office based - £50-55k pro rata - Excellent benefits - Based in Twickenham

Permanent role

A world-leading provider of international communication and information systems requires an experienced HR Generalist to join their busy but very friendly team to be responsible for supporting the HR function to achieve their strategic objectives across their business areas and teams who has a pro active and can do attitude. Working alongside Head of HR.

As HR Manager your main responsibilities will include:

  • Ownership of Compensations and Benefits which will include payroll preparation
  • Support employees as well as line managers with any help and guidance they require
  • Employer Branding to increase their ability to attract the right talent to the business
  • Updating job descriptions and job requirements
  • Organise and arrange workshops, training and conferences based on requirements for departments
  • Coordinate Employee Experience surveys
  • Ownership and development of LinkedIn recruitment
  • Annual update of employee handbook and employment contracts with external employnebr advisors

Experience and qualities required to fulfil the role of HR Manager are:

  • 3 years experience within a similar generalist role
  • Experience of managing and developing Comps and Bens
  • Previous experience of employee relations
  • Recruitment experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Passionate about personal learning and development
  • CIPD qualified beneficial but not essential
