Your new company

I have partnered exclusively with a growing organisation based in Oxford who are looking for an HR Advisor to join their team. You will support the leadership team with the coordination of HR across the company.


Your new role

You will be responsible for dealing with a variety of HR queries throughout the business, including advising managers on recruitment and selection strategies, working alongside a provider to monitor, review and update all HR policies, supporting managers with employee relations cases where required and working with the communications team regarding Employee Engagement and People Initiatives.


What you'll need to succeed

You should have solid practical experience within HR, with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. You should have the ability to build strong relationships with the team, including the SLT.
