Our client is recruiting a qualified HRD for their business which is within the residential care homes sector. They require a HRD from a regulated sector who is used to a fast paced environment with entrepreneurial flair. You will manage a small team of 3 and ER person a Recruiter Onborder and a Training & Development Officer. Reporting to the CEO.

You will have a good understanding of fast paced recruitment in an industry where there is high staff turnover and some under supply. Recruitment is a key part of this role 40% They will consider candidates from any regulated sector who are happy to be in the office 5 days a week.
