HR Coordinator

With a strong educational background and minimum Level 3 CIPD, you will have a commitment to on-going professional development, which will be supported.

You will need to be able to commute to St Ives on a regular basis as this is a hybrid working role.
You must also be able to prioritise and organise workload and be comfortable with IT systems.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating and collating the monthly payroll for UK and Ireland, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Administering employment related processes,
  • Assisting the HR Advisor and Manager in the resolution of employment issues by supporting basic concerns/questions. Escalating matters of concern as appropriate.
  • Providing support to the HR Director - EMEA with HRIS processes, annual payroll changes/requirements (Annual salary reviews, bonuses, DPA, etc.)
  • Identifying and implementing process improvements for HR activities.
  • Supporting the HR Manager with HR Projects.
  • Undertaking other duties as required, within HR and recruitment.
