HR Coordinator

Your New Role

Within your new role as HR Coordinator, you will support with the delivery of a proactive, effective and efficient day-to-day HR service, undertaking a range of generalist HR activities. As a vital member of the HR team, you will be the HR Superuser of the iTrent HRIS which supports the whole employee lifecycle and will be the first point of contact for staff, working alongside the HR Advisors and Business Partners to deliver outstanding service.

Working closely with the HR Advisors, you will support with HR duties including:

• Recruitment Lifecycle
• Onboarding
• HR Project Work
• TUPE Support
• Policy Writing
• Inbox/System Management
• Building Trusted Relationships
• Process Improvement

This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate HR professional who is keen to pursue a career in Human Resources and continue to grow their knowledge and skillset exploring all elements of HR in a generalist capacity.

It is key that the successful candidate must be fluid and flexible, have strong organisational and communication skills and possess the ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment, managing multiple tasks.
