This is a 12 month contract position based in Portsmouth that offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the smooth running of the HR function.Key Responsibilities
  • Assisting with recruitment and on-boarding processes
  • Maintaining accurate HR records and documentation
  • Supporting employee engagement initiatives
  • Assisting with performance management processes
  • Coordinating training and development programs
  • Providing support with HR administrative tasks
Job Requirements
  • Experience in an HR role or similar
  • Understanding of HR processes and procedures
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Proficiency in HRIS (human resource information systems)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of employment legislation and regulations
