This is an exciting time to join a world leader in drug discovery who have recently raised funding to develop their life changing therapies. Based at their offices in West London, this full-time role would require you to be on site at least 2 days a week to partner with your client groups. The can be offered on a 12 month FTC or permanent.
The role:
Reporting to the Chief People Officer and forming part of newly established HR team, you will be responsible for coaching, guiding and supporting line managers to ensure the effective delivery of the people strategy. This a chance to join a collaborative and supportive team who are on a journey to embed a strategic people function. This is a truly operational HR Business Partner where you will roll up your sleeves and get stuck into the day day HR delivery.
- Utilising the HRIS for data analysis and reporting
- Act as a coach and mentor to managers
- Lead on all aspects of employee relations case management
- Develop performance management systems aligned with employee development
- Coordinate with external providers on payroll, recruitment and benefits
- Support senior HR leadership in developing strategic HR initiatives
- Lead on HR projects and a passion for developing L&D initiatives to support manager capability
Degree educated & CIPD qualified or equivalent
Experience in pharmaceuticals, life sciences and biotechnology is essential from a start up / scale up environment.
Sound knowledge of UK employment law

Package:
Base up to £75,000 plus 10% bonus
