PageGroup are delighted to support a prestigious, global engineering organisation based in Solihull with the appointment of a HR Business Partner to join a busy Head Office HR function.

Following induction, this role can offer a hybrid working pattern of 3 days on-site and 2 days at home per week.

Description

Reporting to a Head of HR, the role of HR Business Partner will partner with the Head Office of this global engineering organisation.

The role is predominately an operational HR role, however you will also offer some strategic support to the organisation alongside the Head of HR.

Duties will include but not limited to

  • Provide comprehensive HR advice, employee relations, recruitment and learning development support to all level of management.
  • You will ensure compliance with all company procedures, policies, and employment legislation, and support the HR Team to drive forward best practice
  • Support the Head of HR with HR projects and initiatives
  • Identify training needs and collaborate with relevant stakeholders to provide development to staff
  • Support the Head of HR with annual talent review and succession planning
  • Support with annual pay reviews
  • Support with wellbeing and engagement initiatives
  • Deputise for the Head of HR as and when required

Profile

Ideal candidates for this exciting and varied role will have a proven background in a similar role as an operational Business Partner.

You will also hold a CIPD Level 5 qualification (Ideally Level 7)
