Our client is a trail-blazing award-winning group of professional design and consultancy practices driving change in the built environment through their brands, has opening for an experienced HR Business Partner to join their London based office on Hybrid basis (2-3 days in the office).

The HR Business Partner is responsible for overseeing employee relations, performance management, training and development initiatives, and talent acquisition as well as managing and developing the HR assistant.

You will act as a trusted advisor to managers on HR-related matters, ensuring compliance with employment laws and fostering a positive work environment conducive to productivity and employee engagement.

Additionally, you will contribute to organisational growth by identifying and addressing HR challenges and opportunities that impact business performance.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a deep understanding of HR best practices, and the ability to adapt to the evolving needs of a dynamic SME environment.

Ideally you will at least 5 years experience in a generalist HR role whilst being CIPD Level 7 qualified with good experience in using and maintaining a HR Information System and a sound understanding of current employment law, policies, and related practices.
