Job Role: HR Business Partner 
Salary: £40k-£50k+Commission 
Location: Leicester 
Monday-Friday ( HYBRID options) 

Are you ready to elevate your HR career to the next level? We are looking for a dynamic and experienced CIPD HR Business Partner to join our forward-thinking team.

Key Responsibilities:

• To provide ER and HR related advice to clients; ensuring the advice offers best practice and commercially practical solutions, whilst explaining the risks and liabilities with associated solutions
• To grow the client base in both value and profitability of delivery
• To undertake ad-hoc HR consultancy work on site or remotely as directed
• To design and deliver HR Training, seminars/webinars
• Participate in the out of hours telephone advice line service offered to clients; working on a rota basis
Coach and mentor managers on effective people management practices
Travelling to clients to help with HR objectives they may have

What We're Looking For:
  • CIPD qualified with a strong background in HR management.
  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
