Great opportunity for an experienced HR Business Partner who has worked for an insurance organisation. Reporting directly to the Head of HR, you will work closely with the business to provide a seamless generalist HR service. You will have proven experience of working in partnership with managers in order to improve people management practices, knowledge and experience of implementing best practice HR solutions and experience of coaching and influencing at different levels.
