You will support the Head of HR - Global Supply Chain and broader project team in providing end-to-end support in remodelling and restructuring Global Demand Planning and Forecasting function. This is very much a hands-on role and will require the postholder to hit the ground running and make an immediate impact in the delivery of change.

What you'll bring

  • Experience of OD design, planning and implementation.
  • Self-motivated and creative, bringing enthusiasm and a solution-orientated approach to the role.
  • Change management experience.
  • Good project management knowledge and experience.
  • Good working knowledge of current employment legislation and HR best practice.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify project deliverables, creating and owning a project plan and driving the implementation of the Demand Planning review project, keeping the relevant stakeholders up to date throughout.
  • Working with the Head of HR to challenge where necessary the detail around any restructuring exercise considering the cost efficiencies, proposed structure, skills required and risk to the organisation.
  • Provide coaching, guidance and challenge to the stakeholders and wider project group in the application of HR practice, policies, and procedures to minimise risk and financial exposure during any change initiative.

Reminder: This is a interim contract position, that will last approx. 5 months, paying up to £650 inside IR35.

Ideally looking for someone to start May 2024.
