HR Business Partner

Start: May 2024

Hours: Part time, 2-3 days a week

Duration: 3 months initially, likely extensions

Salary: Up to £42k per annum (pro rata) or hourly interim rate of £33-£36 p/h (Inside IR35, umbrella)

Hybrid working in West Hertfordshire – 1 day pw onsite

Our client is seeking a HR Business Partner to join the team, on a part-time basis. They are looking for the successful candidate to be based in West Hertfordshire. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for a part time role, who is eager to be a part of a great team.  

Requirements:

  • CIPD Qualified up to Level 7
  • Previous HR management and generalist UK based experience
  • Worked in a matrix organisation delivering strategic and operational HR support, guidance and leadership
  • Experience working with HR Systems such as iTrent for HR transactional work and recruitment
  • Managed complex casework in all ER and sickness
  • Worked on HR transformational projects
  • Able to perform HR transactional duties
