Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with leaders to translate strategic objectives into actionable HR initiatives.
• Provide guidance on performance, and employee relations.
• Lead recruitment, retention, and diversity initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
• Lead related projects

Qualifications:

• CIPD Level 5 and above
• Extensive HR experience, preferably in strategic HR management.
• Strong knowledge of HR principles and employment laws.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic mindset with data-driven decision-making abilities.
