I am delighted to work exclusively with a global manufacturing business to recruit an HR Business Partner near Hull. You will play a pivotal role in the continuous improvement and development of this site, building a best-in-class HR service to the business, supporting those on site through a period of organisational change and transformation.

The role..

The role will allow the opportunity to be both strategic in supporting the site change and transformation but is also operational in that you will manage end to end employee lifecycle activities including employee relations, recruitment, performance management, HR compliance, payroll/reward, L&D and employee engagement. You will be the first point of contact for all HR queries in your client group and collaborate with your business leaders to understand their objectives, challenges and opportunities.

My client is looking for a commercially astute HR Business Partner with proven experience as an HR generalist, who enjoys operational HR as well as change/longer term projects. You must have a flexible & solutions approached and the resilience to take the business & its people through change.

Experience in a fast-paced environment is a must, so a background in FMCG, Manufacturing or Engineering is essential. This is a hybrid role based near Hull with travel required to sites in Leeds and London offering £45,000 - £55,000.
