We are excited to be working with a fantastic business who are recruiting for an HR Business Partner to join their busy team.

This opportunity will be supporting stakeholders and proactively working to ensure successful delivery of the people strategy and agenda. As well as coaching and supporting on best practice people management, you will be managing the employee lifecycle as well as providing guidance on resourcing, engagement, talent and development.

There will be regular travel with this role between offices so please only apply if you are happy to travel weekly to Lincolnshire

The role will include:

  • Coaching managers and stakeholders
  • Improving leadership by influencing and supporting teams
  • Providing support, coaching and training to line managers regarding recruitment, onboarding as well as employee relations and performance management
  • Working with managers to deliver high quality employee lifecycle management
  • Supporting in delivering of people initiatives
  • Leading and supporting projects and initiatives to improve processes and plans
  • Identifying improvements and actioning this

Key skills:

  • Previous experience within a similar role
  • Strong leadership skills
