Your new role

  • Partnering with all areas of the business on a variety of HR and ER issues
  • Act as trusted partner to Managers, providing professional data led advice which is in line with the People strategy
  • Work with the business in the delivery of the HR strategy to meet organisational and HR objectives

What you’ll need to succeed

  • Good knowledge of UK employment law
  • Significant experience of handling a variety of ER matters
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
