HR Business Partner

Looking for a new, varied and busy HR Business Partner role in Huntingdon?

We're looking for a collaborative, commercial HR Business Partner to provide the effective partnering of leaders and managers within this growing FMCG business.

You'll be balancing operational and strategic agendas with the role including:

• Contribution to the people strategy
• Employee relations
• Employee engagement
• Coaching and supporting line managers with disciplinary and grievance procedures
• Provide regular updates on ER caseloads and trends
• Reviewing and updating of internal policies
• Support with new and ongoing People & Culture projects
• Compliance
• Updating the HRIS system accurately

Ideally, you'll be CIPD qualified with experience of working in HR within in the manufacturing industry.

Broad HRBP / Generalist / Advisor experience is essential along with:-

• Experience of developing strategies and planning
• Experience of dealing with multiple ER cases
• Excellent influencing and relationship management skills

This is a great opportunity to join an established HR team, on a full-time, permanent basis.

Location:

Huntingdon (Full-time onsite)

Hours:

Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
