Our valued client, based in Rhondda Cynon Taff, is seeking an enthusiastic, driven, and detail-oriented HR Business Partner to join their team on a temporary basis. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who is looking to further their skills and knowledge further within HR and join a busy and fulfilling company. You will be playing a key role in supporting the team, and the wider business, by working positively supporting ER, disciplinary and advising use of policies.

This is a full time temporary position located in Rhondda Cynon Taff. This role supports hybrid working, 3 days in the office and 2 working from home Monday to Friday. This role will with an extremely experience team working for an incredible organisation. This role would be perfect for someone who is able to start immediately.

Key Responsibilities: 
  • Working closely with key members of the business.
  • Supporting the team with Employee Relations Casework, including disciplinary, advising use of policies and much more. 
  • Providing solutions to HR matters and managing different solutions.
  • Positively and effectively support the company's vision and values.
Requirements:
  • Strong experience supporting HR with Employee Relations Casework. 
  • Strong background in Human Resources.
  • Ability to work independently and to a deadline. 
  • Strong attention detail.
  • Degree in HR or CIPD
