Our client can only be described as fast paced, dynamic with an entrepreneurial culture, looking to have triple digit growth in the next five years. Are you looking for an organisation that is "fast tracking" to outperform most industry players? The company re-shape as they grow and as a result, are looking to appoint to a newly created role of HR Business Partner to strengthen the HR offering internally.

Working as part of a team of three, the HR Business Partner role will report directly to the HR Director and will support in developing and implementing the People Strategy aligned with the Company’s growth plans. They will operate as a strategic partner to drive organisational performance and capability through effective people management practices.

Skills and Knowledge:

• UK employment law knowledge and core knowledge aligned with the CIPD profession map.

• Strong HR generalist background with experience of the full Employee Lifecycle.

• Ability to build strong and credible relationships with stakeholders.

• Able to challenge constructively and confidently in the face of opposition.

• Can work autonomously and take responsibility for outputs with a focus on delivery.

• Ability to communicate effectively and influence stakeholders at all levels of the business.

• Flexible, positive, self-motivated and a diligent hard-working team player.

• Detail orientated with excellent people management skills.

• Strong personal integrity and professional approach.

• Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office, digital systems, technologies and online tools.

Previous Experience:

• Ideally CIPD level 7 professional qualification.

• At least 3 years’ previous experience at HR Business Partner level in an operational business with a commercial outlook.
