HR Business Partner / TUPE project

Are you an experienced HR professional who is available for a short term project?

We currently require a highly experienced HR generalist who is a TUPE transfer expert and has a solid background in TUPE’s and consultations and can run the process solely. We are looking for someone who can start in the next couple of weeks and this project is likely last 3 months, perhaps a bit longer.

Based on The Wirral, our client require someone who will go through process with staff and what this will mean to them and set out the full procedure.

• You will arrange full consultation with all staff, managing all expectations and setting out next steps.
• Provide advice and guidance.
• Tracking all conversations using their inhouse HR systems.
• You will have a good sound knowledge of employment law and keep managers up to date allowing them to guide staff where needed.

The role is onsite and working Monday to Friday, hours could be flexible. The permanent salary equivalent salary would be £50,000pa - £55,000pa – plus holiday pay.
