I'm partnering with Global business who are implementing a new HR team to their wider people function. As HR Business Partner you will play a pivotal role across a number of transformation and performance projects. Reporting to the HR Director.

Based in City of London 3 days in office 2 from home

£45,000-£55,000 per annum

Start date - ASAP

The Role:
This role would own the end-to-end management of all our performance projects, from research and design to the delivery of initiatives. The role will work collaboratively with specialisms across HR and in lockstep with the business, incorporating cutting-edge best practices and insights to achieve sustainable change. This may involve managing multiple stakeholders across Business, as well as potential external suppliers.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Shape and execute Business performance strategy, covering processes, goal setting, and manager development to align with cultural and leadership expectations.
  • Lead end-to-end performance projects, particularly focusing on sales capability and frontline populations, involving key stakeholders to define problem statements and deliver outcomes.
  • Manage global non-UK relationships for consultation on Performance changes.
  • Collaborate with ER and HRBPs to drive local change delivery.
  • Support best-in-class objective and goal setting, emphasising AGILE methods and performance management for enhanced collaboration and focus.
  • Develop Performance-related initiatives to foster a high-performance culture, including L&D solutions and system/tooling changes.
  • Analyse performance data to inform interventions and plans effectively.
  • Continuously gather external best practices and innovative ideas to drive Business improvement.
  • Manage the end-to-end performance lifecycle and provide input throughout.
  • Act as a key liaison to the group performance community, advocating for Business needs and influencing direction, while collaborating on D, E, and I initiatives with team members in leadership, talent, and culture teams.

Skills And Experience

  • Track record of building strong stakeholder relationships and influencing outcomes.
  • Deep HR specialist subject matter expertise, preferably in driving high-performance cultures.
  • Experience of delivering HR change/transformation in a large complex global organisation.
  • Data analysis, insight translating into compelling stories to drive decision-making.
