Are you an experienced HR Business Partner looking for your next role? Have you worked within a Communications/Creative Agency?

Handle are working with a leading Communications Agency who are looking for a proactive HR Business Partner to join the team on a permanent basis. The HR Business Partner will act as a strategic partner to various business units, providing expert guidance and support in all aspects of HR management.

This role requires a proactive and solutions-oriented individual who can effectively collaborate with stakeholders to support organisational change and drive business success. There are around c. 230 employees based in London, this role will work closely with the Senior HRBP to oversee the c. 230 employees and take responsibility for some of the smaller teams in the business.

The ideal candidate will have around 5-6 years' experience and be an experienced Business Partner, they are keen for someone who has change management/redundancy consultancy experience. Ideally, they are looking for someone that has previously worked in a comms/creative agency too. This role is mainly looking after the UK, wider project management experience across other markets would be of interest but not essential.
