My client, a fast-growing service sector organisation is currently on the lookout for a HR Business Partner to join their team, initially on a short term basis, but there may be longer term opportunities for the successful candidate. In this role you will use your expert HR knowledge to partner with Managers on a variety of HR issues.

Below are some of the key responsibilities:

  • Supporting the Head of HR with the delivery of a variety of HR projects
  • Providing expert and timely advice for ER cases across the business, over the phone and in writing
  • Guiding Managers through difficult people matters
  • Supporting through TUPE and consultation meetings
  • Coaching Managers
  • Preparing for formal HR meetings
  • Liaising with internal talent specialists
  • Produce MI reports for Management
  • Building effective stakeholder relationships
  • Working collaboratively to drive a high performance culture

As well as have having relevant experience the successful candidate for this role will be a true people person, adaptable and able to demonstrate a high level of resilience. Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise work are also essentials for this role.
