HR BP/Manager
Joining a prestigious, fast paced and highly reputable organisation within the professional services and property sector. They are based in the heart of London, boasting a modern and highly luxurious office space. This role sits within their HR and people team - reporting into the head of people whilst also managing a HR administrator.
An incredibly varied role that would suit a highly knowledgeable, passionate and positive HR expert. You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day HR function, working closely with employees and the management team and leading HR projects.
This role is based in the office 4 days per week, with one day working remotely.
HR duties;
- Providing day-to-day support across the management team
- Leading ER cases/initiatives
- Leading employee engagement projects
- Managing/updating benefit packages across the business
- Implementing and coordinating pay reviews
- Coordinating/leading learning and development initiatives
- Managing adhoc HR projects throughout the year
Ideal skills/attributes;
- Expert knowledge across HR best practice and legislation
- Track record of leading HR projects
- Lead and managed ER cases across the business
- Team management skills
- Positive, personable and able to build relationships with people of all levels
- Passionate about HR, super positive outlook,driven and ambitious
