Our client

Role

To provide a high-quality HR service to all colleagues across the business. This includes a customer centric approach to administration support including being the first point of contact for people queries.

Duties

·To manage administrative processes across the employee lifecycle - for example: starters, leavers, and any changes.

·Payroll administration

·To process invoices on the SAP system and ensure they are completed in a timely manner.

· Handle employee queries in an efficient and sensitive way

· To ensure SuccessFactors and any other HR systems are maintained and reflective of any changes.

·To provide accurate reports from SuccessFactors and any other systems as and when requested.

·To meet with and coordinate delivery of new starter inductions and ensure induction and learning pathways are appropriately assigned.

·To monitor employees probation periods ensuring accurate records are maintained to reflect status and working with HRBP’s and Line Managers to ensure the correct process is followed.

·Use reporting in SuccessFactors to share people based information with relevant colleagues.

·To provide first line support, information and guidance on policies and procedures and respond to any general queries within the agreed SLA.

·Maintain relevant documentation, ensuring all contractual/legal documents and templates are kept up to date and in line with current legislation. Ensure that all personal files are maintained and contain the relevant documentation.

·Have an understanding GDPR and how this affects working practices.

·To collaborate and support the wider HR team with the delivery of any projects.

·To support the wider HR team with data collection for projects

Experience needed

· CIPD or equivalent qualification desirable.

· Experience working with SAP is desirable

· Good interpersonal skills.

· Attention to detail

· Self-motivated and driven.

· Competent user of excel

· Well organised and able to prioritise and manage own workload

· Excellent administration skills with a desire to continually improve and streamline processes

· Basic understanding of Employment Legislation
