Job title: HR Assistant

Contract: FTC - 12 months +

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum + bens

Hybrid split: 3 days in office | 2 days from home

Location: City of London

Working hours: 9.30am - 5.30pm

Our client is an established and highly reputable international law firm based in the City of London, and they seek a HR Assistant to join their HR department starting as soon as possible.

Working as part of a dynamic and successful team you be involved in all areas of HR and communicate with stakeholders across the firm at all levels of the business.

Responsibilities will include and not limited to:

  • Dealing with general employee queries via email/telephone and in person
  • Managing inductions - processing and supporting on-boarding/off-boarding
  • Responsible for on-boarding and life cycle of temporary staff
  • Monitoring and managing reports and other tracking factors
  • Liaison with internal and external stakeholders
  • Assisting HR Advisor in providing HR Advisory knowledge
  • Managing employee development programmes
  • CRM management
  • Managing projects and workplace initiatives
  • Processing general HR Administration

We are looking for someone who has proven HR Assistant experience ideally gained within a professional services environment.
