Role: HR Assistant

Salary: £27,000 - £30,000

Location: City of London

My client are a leading global organisation who are looking for a HR Assistant to join their People team to help deliver the day-to-day operations and support their strategic vision. This role will support the HR Business Partnering team and the Recruitment Manager, offering exposure across the generalist HR space and end-to-end recruitment process. You will also be offered incredible ongoing development.

Duties will include:

  • Acting as the first point of contact for all employees on HR queries and managing their HR inbox
  • Supporting on recruitment campaigns including arranging interviews, liaising with applicants and answering any queries throughout the process
  • Managing and updating their HR systems including onboarding new starters, managing leavers, updating staff details, running cyclical reports and ensuring their platforms are up to date
  • Administrative duties across the full end-to-end employee lifecycle
  • Drafting all letters and contracts for new starters, leavers, promotions, pay changes and offers of employment
  • Assisting with payroll duties
  • Supporting on wider projects and gathering data for things like attrition and up-to-date employee numbers

You must have experience in either HR or internal recruitment and the confidence to jump straight in. Support and coaching is something they pride themselves on, so you’ll be joining the very best team.

This is a hybrid working role, requiring 2 days a week in the office. They offer incredible benefits that are both flexible and competitive.
