A very exciting opportunity for a HR Administrator to join an amazing company based in Woking on a contract basis. The purpose of this position is to support the Managers with any administration for HR within the business.

The HR Administrator will:

Manage the systems

Deal with all the employees to ensure smooth running of processes and procedures

Make sure policies are adhered to

Work with managers to actions or urgent HR needs

Liaise with payroll on a regular basis

Assist in arranging HR meetings

Deal with the onboarding and inductions of new starters

Issuing contracts

Dealing with all confidential HR documentation

Work with colleagues across the other areas of the business

Help with the recruitment process

To be considered for the HR Administrator position with you:

Have excellent communication skills and outstanding attention to detail

Be approachable and be able to keep and handle confidential information

Be confident on all Microsoft packages including Excel

Have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to meet deadlines

Work with flexibility

Have previous administration experience

Previous HR experience is advantageous

Must be able to work on their own accord with confidence
