HR Generalist
Worcestershire
£30,000 per annum

We are currently working with a great company based in Worcester who are looking for a HR Advisor ideally with a CIPD qualification to support the HR team in a generalist capacity.

If you are a proactive and detail orientated HR professional with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, we would love to hear from you.

Duties will include:

  • Employee Relations
  • Supporting managers with disciplinaries, grievances and capability
  • Managing Sickness and Absence levels
  • Developing HR processes and procedures
  • Assisting the payroll department with payroll including maternity and paternity
  • Managing starters and leavers
  • Supporting with Learning and Development
  • General HR Admin
