Join our dynamic HR and Learning Team in an exciting role to boost your HR expertise. As Maternity Leave cover, you’ll coordinate HR, learning, and organisational development activities, ensuring smooth OD team operations and efficient People Plan delivery.

About the role

This is a fabulous opportunity for someone who is interested in all things HR and would be a great start to a people-based career! This role is currently offered as a fixed term contract until 30th April 2025.This role represents a significant opportunity to be at the forefront of managing people-based events both in person and virtually. You will build events including logistics and full planning and promotion across the organisation.

As part of this role, you will take the lead on promotion of people activities through the various communications channels.As part of this role, you will be involved in the design of reports and analytics really allowing us to drill down into the detail working with the feedback to ensure we are confident in the decisions we make as a team as part of the wider people plan.

As this role is based in the People and Culture team you will naturally be involved in our wider projects across the whole people function including providing HR Admin support, assisting colleagues with people queries and supporting both the OD and HR Business Partners.

You will also have the opportunity in this role to support with learning material design from initial idea to programme conception and you will act as the central contact point for the whole OD team.

About You

Administration and coordination experience.
• Proficient in databases and systems, including report generation.
• Excellent organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail.
• Strong numeracy and accuracy skills, including data analysis.
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of equality and diversity principles.
• Experience or a keen interest in HR and OD
• Knowledge of Learning Management systems either from end user or facilitator side.
