Job Title: HR Analyst (Workday)
Salary: £45,000 
Location: Coventry
Hybrid2 days in office per week.
  
JGA are partnered with an innovative business who are seeking an HR Analyst to join their team.
  
This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone wanting to grow their career in a HR Systems role.
  
What you'll do:
  • Deputise for the HR Systems Manager.
  • Support system maintenance and updates through the business including upgrades.
  • Support on the integration and maintenance of new and existing systems.
  • Discover customer insights about their experiences to improve services.
  • Work with the Global Operations team to identify improvements for UK functionality.
  • Maintain data integrity & system security.
  • Performance Reviews, Succession Planning; Bonus, Salary reviews etc.
  • Produce Workday reports to stakeholders across the company.
  • Configurations and testing.
  • Stay up to date with Workday developments.
  • Ensures that our internal customers issues and requests are addressed within documented SLA’s;
  • Identify gaps in processes or operations and provide solutions.
What you'll bring:
  • Experience in a HR Systems Role.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Systems implementation experience.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Essential to have previous Workday Experience
