As Assistant HR Advisor, you'll play a pivotal role in providing expert advice and guidance on HR processes and procedures. From handling day-to-day inquiries to supporting employee relations and learning initiatives, you'll be an integral part of our HR team. Client Details

Our client is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young adults and expects all staff to share this commitment. An enhanced DBS and Barred List check will be required. Our client is based in Ringwood with easy access to the site.

Description

The Key responsibilities for the HR Advisor role are:

  • Maintaining regulatory compliance and safer recruitment practice
  • Working collaboratively to define and refine HR procedures and processes
  • Acting as a primary contact for employee relations matters
  • Overseeing the maintenance of HR information and processing data for payroll

Profile

The successful candidate for the HR Advisor role is someone with the following:

  • CIPD qualified to at least Level 3
  • Experienced in an HR generalist role, preferably within a regulated environment
  • Organised and methodical, proactive and positive
  • Used to balancing and prioritising a varied workload
  • Previous experience in HR with at least 2 years minimum
  • Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite, HRIS, and Applicant Tracking Systems.
  • Proven ability to learn quickly and adapt to new environments.
  • Excellent time management, multitasking, and organisational skills
