Reporting into an HR Director, as an HR Advisor you'll be the guiding force behind the people strategy, ensuring that every member of the team is not just engaged but thriving in their roles. Your mission, should you choose to accept it, will encompass a wide array of HR functions, from employee engagement, employee relations, assisting the talent acquisition team with helping onboard new employees to performance management, HR administration, HR Projects and everything in between.

HR Advisor duties:

Employee Engagement: With your infectious energy and passion for people, you'll cultivate a culture of excellence and innovation, driving employee engagement initiatives that keep our team motivated, inspired, and aligned with our company vision.

Performance Management: You'll be a master at maximizing individual and team performance, implementing performance management systems and processes that enable continuous growth and development.

Employee Relations: Your diplomatic finesse will shine as you navigate employee relations issues with grace and empathy, fostering a harmonious and inclusive work environment where everyone feels valued and respected.

HR Administration: You won’t be sacred to roll your sleeves up and do the mundane part of HR, from updating the HRIS system with employees change of address to sending out contracts of employment and offer letters, you will be happy to get stuck in.

Talent Acquisition: Whilst this company already have a high performing talent team, you will be a strong support to them when needed. You may get involved in 1st interviews and also supporting the team with helping onboard the best and brightest minds in the industry.

HR Projects: You will also get involved in HR Projects, from helping implement new HR systems and processes into the business to project managing changes to the employee handbook.
