PageGroup are excited to support a growing and successful manufacturing business based in Coventry and West Bromwich with the appointment of a HR Advisor to join a busy generalist team.

Due to the nature of this sector, the role is fully office-based.

This role can also consider applicants looking for 30hrs per week

Description

Reporting to a HR Manager, the role of HR Advisor is a varied and generalist role, you will support a number of sites around Coventry and West Bromwich with generalist people matters including but not limited to:

  • Provide HR advice and guidance to a wide range of stakeholders
  • Assist with recruitment processes, including candidate screening and interview scheduling
  • Manage employee relations casework and resolve any arising issues
  • Maintain employee records in accordance with company policy and legal requirements
  • Participate in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
  • Support with a range of HR projects and initiatives

Profile

Ideal candidates for this will role will have a proven background within HR, ideally with working knowledge of employee relations casework.

You will be happy to work fully on site and travel to various sites around Coventry and West Bromwich.

Job Offer

  • Up to £36000
  • This role can consider applicants looking for either 37.5hrs or 30hrs per week
