A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic HR Advisor to join a thriving health-care organisation in Sheffield. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering a range of HR services to the team and wider organisation.

This organisation is a forward-thinking health care provider with a workforce of over 500 dedicated individuals. They pride themselves on delivering excellent patient care and creating a supportive work environment for their staff.

Description

  • Supporting the HR Manager in the delivery of HR services.
  • Assisting in the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Managing HR records in line with GDPR regulations.
  • Assisting in the resolution of HR queries from staff.
  • Coordinating HR projects as required.
  • Promoting equality and diversity as part of the culture of the organisation.
  • Facilitating staff training and development activities.
  • Contributing to continuous improvement within the HR department.

Profile

The successful HR Advisor should have:

  • A CIPD qualification
  • Knowledge of HR practices and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and act with discretion and integrity.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Good IT skills, particularly with HR databases and Microsoft Office.
  • Understanding of employment law and GDPR regulations.
  • Passion for promoting a positive organisational culture within the health-care sector.

Job Offer
