Weybridge (Hybrid)

My client a professional multi-site business is seeking a confident and personable HR Advisor, working in a busy team you will play a key part in driving the HR strategy across L+D and ER this role will require someone that is CIPD Level 5 Qualified.

Responsibilities:

Maintain and develop relationships with Line Managers offering support and guidance on HR related matters.

Offer advice and support on complex employment related issues to management and employees.

Provide advice and support in relation to performance issues, disciplinaries and attend all meetings supporting at Tribunals if required.

Lead on TUPE procedures.

Maintain and implement HR policies. Ensure that all HR related matters are dealt with within the necessary timescales.

To provide advice and guidance on pay and reward structures and facilitate job evaluation processes where appropriate.

Report on recruitment activity.

Provide necessary HR reports for management.

Offer support and guidance for pay reviews.

Ensure that all HR legislations, trends and best practices are up to date and communicated to management.

Project work - ensure all required tasks meet deadlines.

Support with training and development.

Skills:

2 years previous experience as a HR Advisor

CIPD Level 5 qualified

A very strong employment law knowledge.

Management of ER issues including disciplinary and grievances

A good knowledge of HRIS

Excellent communicational skills across all levels of business

A natural multi tasker that is highly organised and able to work to tight deadlines.

Excellent user of Microsoft Office.
