HR Advisor

Successful and growing retail business looking for a HR Advisor to join the team.
Your new role
- The provision of generalist HR advice to all stakeholders across the workforce
- Supporting Line Management on all aspects of ER, seeing each case through from beginning to end.
- Managing and prioritising caseload and providing support to peers as and when possible
- Interpreting and upholding internal policies, especially those relevant to attendance and conduct
- Collaborating with the HR Manager to develop and implement HR policy
- Monitoring KPI's for targeted area/s of responsibility and making recommendations to drive improvements
- Ad hoc HR projects as required
What you\'ll need to succeed
- Ideally, hold a CIPD Level 5 Professional qualification or above
- Have a minimum of two years' experience working at advisor level
- Previous case management experience is essential
- Have a sound knowledge of current employment law
- Be confident and self-assured
- Have strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Exude empathy and resilience in equal measures
- Be organised and methodical
- Be a self-starter
