BramahHR are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Human Resources Advisor to join our wonderful client just outside of Chobham. As a Human Resources Advisor, you will play a crucial role in providing HR support and guidance to employees and management. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

Duties:
- Provide HR advice and support to employees and management on various HR matters
- Assist with recruitment and selection processes, including job postings, resume screening, and conducting interviews
- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Conduct new employee onboarding processes
- Coordinate training programs and professional development initiatives
- Assist with performance management processes, including performance evaluations and disciplinary actions and the probationary review process
- Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and mediation
- Stay up-to-date with employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance
- To support with the review of benefits schemes and continuously review remuneration packages in line with the current market

Requirements:
- CIPD qualification or working towards is desirable
- Proven experience as an HR Advisor or similar role
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, and employment laws
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
