A stand-alone HR Advisor position has arisen to join a world leading company based in the Bromsgrove area. Supporting the Finance Director and senior management, you will advise in all aspects of HR on-site to approximately 30 employees.

A forward thinking business, they are looking for someone with passion and drive to develop their career, with hands-on training provided.

As the HR Advisor you will be -

  • Providing guidance and support to employees including terms of employment, policies and procedures and benefits
  • Managing the recruitment process, through to managing offer letters and contracts, onboarding and inductions of any new starters
  • Supporting the Directors with grievances and disciplinaries and any other employee related meetings
  • Developing and implementing policies and procedures ensuring they comply with employment legislation
  • Managing all associated HR administrative tasks including personnel files

To be successful in this role, you will have -

  • Previous HR experience working within a similar sized company in a stand-alone position
  • An understanding of employment law & legislation and GDPR
  • Excellent communication, organisational and IT skills

On offer for this HR Advisor role -

  • Office based working hours Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5pm
  • Starting salary of £28-30k
  • 25 days annual leave + stat
