HR Advisor

We are currently recruiting a HR Advisor for a market leader in Droitwich this role is full time office based.

Role Overview:
As an HR Advisor, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive HR support to the company. Your responsibilities will include ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures, managing employee relations, assisting in recruitment and onboarding processes, and contributing to HR initiatives. This position offers an excellent opportunity for a proactive individual to contribute positively to our organisation's growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations matters and other HR-related queries.
  • Support in managing employee relations issues, including disciplinary actions, grievances, and performance management, in accordance with best practices and employment law.
  • Assist in monthly time and attendance and payroll processing.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to facilitate the recruitment process, from job postings to onboarding new hires.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, ensuring compliance with current legislation.
  • Identify training needs and coordinate training sessions to enhance employee skills and performance.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and process HR-related documentation.
  • Contribute to initiatives aimed at improving employee engagement and satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • CIPD Level 5 qualification
  • Proven experience in an HR advisory or generalist role.
  • Thorough understanding of employment legislation and HR best practices.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Deal with complex cases and liaise with HR Manager
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in HR systems and MS Office 365.

Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday (No weekends)

Experience: Minimum of 3 years in Human Resources

Licence/Certification: CIPD Level 5 qualification required

Location: In-person role based in Droitwich
