We're on the lookout for an experienced HR Advisor to join our client's team to provide crucial support to the Senior Management.

With a solid foundation in Employee Relations, you'll independently tackle a variety of cases and responsibilities, with no two days the same.

Success in this role requires the ability to work autonomously, confidently making decisions and adeptly navigating challenging scenarios.

Responsibilities:

  • Offer guidance to Managers on Employee Relations matters such as Investigations, Grievances, and Disciplinary Hearings, including aiding Managers in Performance Management
  • Attend meetings as necessary, taking detailed notes and preparing relevant documentation
  • Coordinate and provide assistance concerning Absence management, including monitoring instances of excessive short-term sickness
  • Manage the coordination of Maternity, Paternity, and Adoption Leave, including providing consultation and advice to both employees and managers
  • Facilitate training sessions, ensuring content remains current and pertinent. Provide personalised coaching and training during Manager support sessions for ER cases
  • Lead contribute to various HR Projects, striving for continual enhancement of systems, processes, and policies
  • Support with recruitment requirements, including attracting talent, advertising positions, and assisting with the screening and interviewing process

What we are looking for:

  • Experience in a comparable role, CIPD qualified or with equivalent HR Advisor level experience
  • Proven track record in effectively handling ER cases
  • Thorough understanding of best practices and employment law
  • Demonstrated proficiency in managing multi-site operations
  • Exceptional organisational skills, with a knack for prioritisation and managing multiple tasks
  • Excellent communication skills

Details:

Title: HR Advisor

Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 (+Bonus)

Location: High Wycombe

Contract: Permanent, hybrid working

This role does have the requirement to travel to regional offices across the South of England to attend meetings whilst supporting with cases.
