SF Recruitment are thrilled to be working with an SME, who currently outsource HR & Recruitment and now are looking for a talented HR Advisor to join the business. This role will support internally to develop their strategy and manage outsourced services they use and take a better informed view of what they would be better doing internally. They are looking for an experienced HR professional who is confident on deciding and managing their outsourced provider, rather that them managing our client.

This role will suit a real HR Generalist experience at Advisory level with a good understanding of HR policy and practice and up-to-date knowledge of employment law.
