HR Advisor

Juice Cheltenham are delighted to be supporting there growing client who are seeking an HR Advisor to join there friendly and dynamic team.

DAY TO DAY:

• Advising, coaching, and guiding Managers on how to proceed with any absence, performance, conduct, grievance, and capability issues following best practices, and ensuring compliance with employment law.
• Building good relationships with Managers, Directors, and Regional HR Colleagues.
• Organising and managing all aspects of our family-friendly processes including maternity, paternity, adoption, parental and unpaid leave, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed.
• Responding efficiently to ad-hoc HR related queries on a day-to-day basis, managing your diary to ensure best use of your time

Experience and Requirements:

• Experience working as a HR Advisor
• Experience handling a variety of employee relations issues
• CIPD qualified
• A high level of attention to detail
• Understanding of UK Employment Law
• Good IT skills
• Able to manage time and work well under pressure

Salary up to £28,000-£32,000 per annum depending on experience
