HR advisor

Responsibilities include:
- Be one of the first point of contacts for any HR queries
- Provide guidance and advice with employee related matters.
- Support Group Senior HR Advisor in Employee Relations such as capability investigations, mediation's, grievances and disciplinarians.
- Assist in the create on training for different departments across the group.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Ideally Level 5 CIPD.
- Experience operating at HR Advisor / Employee Relations.
- Strong communication skills.
- Personable and strong relationship builder.
- Able to manage workload.
