Responsibilities include:

  • Be one of the first point of contacts for any HR queries
  • Provide guidance and advice with employee related matters.
  • Support Group Senior HR Advisor in Employee Relations such as capability investigations, mediation's, grievances and disciplinarians.
  • Assist in the create on training for different departments across the group.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Ideally Level 5 CIPD.
  • Experience operating at HR Advisor / Employee Relations.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Personable and strong relationship builder.
  • Able to manage workload.
