We're excited to be partnering with a growing Cambridge business in their search for an HR Advisor. The role will be undertaken on a hybrid basis, 2 days in the office.

Main duties will include:

  • Advising line managers
  • Improving employee wellbeing practices
  • L&D initiatives
  • Adding data to the HR system
  • General ad-hoc HR duties

The successful candidate will have:

  • Generalist HR experience
  • Attention to detail
  • Fantastic communication skills
  • The ability to work well within a team
  • CIPD qualification is desirable
  • Access to a vehicle is needed as there will be ad-hoc travel to other offices
